Standard rules apply. This means no GMing or PPing.

By the way, this is rather basic since the whole thing could take a few days to type out. Meet Character #2! I made this guy back when I was about 12.

Template:

Name:
Kazuma Bloodraine

Age:
22 (Human-wise at least)

Appearance:
Try this one.

You have no idea how close that picture is. The only difference is the fact that his hair extends to the small of his back when let free while reaching just two inches high when tied into a ponytail. Aside from that his eyes glow a deep red and only get darker as more and more of his energy is released. When they are fully black, most people run.

Weapon:
See pic above.

The Ancestral Sword always manages to find its way towards the newest owner. To look at the blade a person would not think anything special about it. But when Kazuma wills it, the blade begins to bleed as if it were organic itself. The rate that the blood falls varies depending on how much Kazuma wants.

Abilities:
Hemokinesis: To sum it all up, he controls blood. If the blood is his own, from his sword, or even the visible blood of his enemy he can bend it to his will. He can do practically anything that he wants with the liquid but his favorites seem to be either freezing or boiling. But upon closer inspection the blood tends to take on a more of a Stem Cell feature. His allows him mostly to either grow anything from his body so long as it is biological or to even heal wounds that he might be inflicted.

Okay here you go. It's an older character I used against Alaude Drenxta and failed horribly because he tricked me.

Name: Fletcher Smith

Title: The Defender Of Betwix And Between

Age:18

Gender: Male

Personality: Fletcher is funny and friendly. Even in theworst circumstances he appears to have a plan but he really doesn't have a cluewhat to do.

Appearance: Fletcher wears a brown coat with a black longsleeved plain shirt underneath it. Also Fletcher wears black pants and verydark blue sneakers. Fletchers eyes are blue and his hair is black and the samestyle Zack's.

Weapon: One of Fletchers weapons is called "Darkelemental" which is a black bladed sword with a silver hilt but the colourof the blade changes to match whatever his next elemental attack is (Example ifhis next attack was ice the blade would turn light blue.) but most of the timeit's black because his normal attacks are darkness. The other weapon is his armwhich is completely metal.

Form: "Dark Form" Fletcher's hair turns white andattacks the enemy at four times normal human speed and four swords created fromthe darkness float around Fletcher so when he attacks he just has to swing hisarms and the floating swords slash the enemy.

Special Attack: "Zero Vision" Makes theenemy blind for seven seconds.

[OOC: Not really sure what arena would give your guy an advantage, so I'll just do the default. An open meadow with a creek running through it.]

Kazuma sits against one of the many rocks lining the only creek in the area and thumbs the hilt of the ancient sword. He looks down the blade as it rests peacefully in the ground and makes no indications of bleeding. His long black hair currently hangs loosely down his back but he quickly changes that taking a strap of old leather from one of the pockets in his coat and gathering the hair into his empty hand. For the moment he holds the strap of leather with his teeth as he makes sure the future ponytail is tight enough to remain held in place while not too tight to pull at his scalp. In one swift motion he ties the leather at the base of the cluster and smiles to himself. He finally leans back on the rock as if attempting to take a nap with his feet propped up on the hilt of the sword still held by the ground.

For the briefest of moments he drifts off to sleep only to be visited by a certain woman once more. This time it's the memory of the one time that they shared the bed with one another. The room had quickly filled with sweat only to be quickly aired out by the head of the Bloodraine Clan walking in with an assignment for Kazuma and the woman. Upon seeing the two she quickly closes the door and stands outside as the two quickly got dressed and called her in once more. This time the woman at the side of Kazuma is dressed in leather armor with a special insignia emblazoned across her left breast. Kazuma too wears the same insignia across a similar set of leather armor signifying that the two are part of a special group feared by most if not all other clans, the Blood Wraiths.

"I understand how you two feel about each other, but try not to get too close. Blood Wraith's don't have the longest life-span. That being said, this is the final battle. Should you fail, that means the loss of your life. Should you succeed, we win the Clan Wars."

Kazuma forces himself awake at that point in order to continue suppressing the failed assignment. He fails at this too as he remembers how he's the last survivor of the Bloodraine Clan. He smiles at the irony because he was not a true member to begin with. He was adopted by the two leaders of the clan as their son because they need an heir. But countless battles left the woman unable to bare children so she was forced to adopt. She always did object to Kazuma being a member of the Blood Wraiths, but he passed the exams like anyone would expect the heir to take leadership of the clan. That was eight years ago and now Kazuma is in a bad mood at the sudden appearance of the memories.

Fletcher continued to walk with his weapon in hand. He had absolutely no idea how long he had been walking for but it didn't bother him at all seeming he was getting used to it. His sword felt like it barely weighed anything at all these days seeming he had used it so much over the war he was in.

'Entry thirteen.' He thought as if his mind was a journal. 'This war has been going for quite some time now and I am bothered by the fact that I am possibly going to die. It's rather unpleasant.' Then he looked at the ground and stepped over the dead corpse of a man on his side.
'End Entry.' And then he finished his journal entry. The wind picked up and his coat fluttered slightly as he took a deep breath and closed his eyes. He knew that some where around his area there was another enemy just waiting to beat him to death or quivering in fear. He smiled to himself and raised his awareness levels to his area.
"Why don't you just reveal yourself then? I can tell you're here!" He demanded.

"Why don't you just reveal yourself then? I can tell you're here!"

With that one yell Kazuma finds himself pushed over the edge of annoyance. He groans as he taps the hilt of his sword once and sends his will into it only to have the blade quickly become coated with blood. One would expect the blood to form a puddle where it sits in the ground, but nothing appears. It's as if the ground itself is drinking up the liquid that all animals share. Well, most animals in his experience. Still, he didn't really expect to see someone looking as if they just got out of a war. It's quite common for a stray warrior to wander around in the wilderness only to emerge in some unknown area or even elemental realm. And then there's the fact that the young man standing before him was calling out to some unknown enemy. What a coincidence. Kazuma was annoyed and needed to expel his anger.

With that he bites down onto the tips of the first four fingers of his right hand and feels his own blood being released through the new cuts. Once more he sends his will into the life giving substance spilling from the tips of his fingers and lets them swirl around him before forming a type of whip resting around him in a circle. With a flick of his wrist he sends the whip arcing towards the man and seeming to expand as it travels. One would expect the trees surrounding the young man to be a bit of a problem, but they do nothing to stop the lashing object. In fact, if one was to look closely at the trunks where the object makes contact they could just barely make out a clean cut all the way through.

This time he flicks his wrist once more as it nears the man and watches as the whip divides into two separate objects. One detaches from his fingers and flies high into the air only to remain suspended and begin to undergo mitosis at a rate that would make cancer look like a blood clot. The original though seems to wrap around the man's general location and begins to close in on the target from all directions parallel to the ground. It's a rather simple attack, but it's effective in testing the agility of the target. That and it tends to lead to a bit of fun.

Everything had began to happen so fast. But now a large whip like weapon was closing in on Fletcher and he had to act fast. The blade of his sword switched to an ocean blue colour indicating that his next move would be of water and then he spun in a circle quickly to create a stream of water rush around him. Then he burst upward as he was covered in a water tornado and smiled to himself.
"It's good to have a good foe every once in a while." He said before the water around him cleared amd he levitated on his blade as it was covered in a swirling white. Indicating he was now using air.

Kazuma watches as the man before him uses up excess energy to avoid just a simple attack. It's obvious that the man didn't fight in wars often. With this in mind he flicks his wrist once more and watches as the whip shatters. This time the blood becomes harmless to anyone before he extends his will once more. This time the splatters take on a more needle form and go into every direction, including himself. But he makes no movements to avoid the wall of needles flying towards and instead lets everything hit him. He simply absorbs the blood back into his system and smiles. This was only the start.

He extends his will to the needles themselves and creates tiny barbs on each needle. These will act only as anchors to keep the needles inside of the skin. But the needles themselves are to be watched out for. Should even one of them find its mark he will have the needle become liquid and flow through the veins of the person and begin to multiply to not only take over a great portion of the person's system, but to also increase blood pressure with the various effects that come with it. Primarily the headaches that come with it. So for now, Kazuma just wants to see how the man plans to avoid the needles heading in every direction.

Needles were not very fun. Definently not for Fletcher anyways.

His thoughts shot through his head as he ran through the elements that could help him in this situation. Then it came to him. His sword's blade flickered into a orange-red colour and a fire shield surrounded him entirely. Hopefully it would boil the blood needles as he would try and descend into the sky. In his opinion it would evaporate the blood as it struck his fire like shield. He may as well give it a shot.

He burst up into the air with his fire shield surrounding him. Then, he pointed his sword at his opponent and fired multiple flames at him. Hopefully they would burn.

Kazuma follows the movements of the man from the time that he uses fire to avoid the needles to the time he shoots fire at Kazuma himself. Instead of moving out of the way, Kazuma just stands there and looks to the former whip in the sky. At that moment the flames strike him where he stands and even singes his clothes a bit, but nothing serious. In fact the only damage from the flames happens to be his skin getting burnt away. Sure it hurt, but it's easily repaired. But how is it that this man was able to completely ignore the flames? Pushing aside the soot from the burnt skin and other materials a person could see something not normally there.

Typically a cell wall is not seen with animal cells. More so for those of a human. And then you have the fact that cell walls are normally green in color while what is featured by Kazuma is a deep red, almost black wall. If one was to examine the substance up close the person would actually find that it is a mixture of red and white blood cells with a massive number of platelets. In truth that is was caused him to have minimal damage from the attack and allowed him to make a close observation of the former whip in the air. He sighs at the fact that it's still not ready before having the whip attached to his hand disperse into regular blood and form a long puddle on the ground. He quickly licks the cuts on his fingers to keep the blood coming and smiles.

He extends the hand once more and watches as several bubbles form from his blood and float casually through the air. One manages to touch one of the trees in the area and causes the bubble to pop. As a result the trunk of the tree is shred on the spot and sends the tree toppling down. If the man managed to see this, he surely knows what would happen should one of the bubbles touch him. But just to be safe, he prepares the blood used in the whip the same way but does not have it form the same explosive bubbles. Instead nothing appears to happen and nothing will unless the man decides to push the bubbles away using wind, seeing as how the man seems to use the main elements of the world.

Fletcher lowered his gaze down to his foe as he was in the air. He had destroyed at tree with one bubble. Nice, but it doesn't give him a good image if you fight using bubbles.
"Honestly, you're using bubbles? Heck, get some better abilities man." He said before quickly returning to the ground. He stabbed his sword into the Earth and quickly sank into the ground to escape the bubbles that would most likely destriy him if he was touched by one. But he was far underground now and had made an air pocket around him so he could still breathe. Now all he had to do was find his opponent by sensing the earth. That would be easy.

'Note to self,' He thought. 'Kill this person.' Then he lowered himself downwards a bit more before he started to move.

Okay, evading the bubbles was something very predictable. But the only part that was not expected, was to go into the ground itself. Unexpected and stupid at the same time. Kazuma doesn't know exactly where the man vanishes to, but that's not exactly required information. For starter if the man did go through the ground he was sure to have passed the pool of blood evenly dispersed between the minerals and everything that makes up the dirt. He looks to the sword of his still sticking from the ground and grips the hilt while sending his will into it once more. This time the blood coming from the blade stops and finishes vanishing into the ground.

Below the surface the blood already out of the sword moves effortlessly through the ground as only liquid can. The only thing about this is the fact that it moves as if water but is clearly thicker. Kazuma smiles at the discovery of a large air pocket and decides to concentrate everything there. The blood quickly surrounds the pocket of air and begins to bust through the barrier in small spouts of crimson water. That's when Kazuma truly knows that the man is in the ground. So as a response he sends his will through the blood and increases the vibration rate of the molecules by an extraordinary amount. This in turn creates the sensation of heat through the blood even as it pours in. This fills the area with a red haze that is just begging to be inhaled. The man should hope that he can escape before that. And should the man escape that initial harm, the surface is not the safest area due to the suddenly increased number of the bubbles. The man was trapped.

Fletcher held his breath and began to descend to the surface where he last remembered seeing his foe. He didn't want to die by inhaling the blood underground, but nor did he wish to be killed by exploding bubbles above the surface. Just as long as he eventually won his fight with this Blood using creep.

He emerged from the ground behind his foe and began to do what he had to do before any of those pesky bubbles got near him. His swords blade switched into a clear colour. Looking as if there was no blade other than the fact that yo could see a blur where the blade was. He pointed his weapon at his foe and destroyed all the oxygen around him. Most likely suffocating him before he could get to an area that had the oxygen needed to breathe. Then Fletcher pointed his blade forward and the air around he and his enemy surged, causing the bubbles to seperate to either the left or the right, leaving Fletcher to kill his enemy.
