Yeah that's the one. It's not really a spoiler. The glitch/bug just happens in the game and whenever it does Sora stays in a cross-like pose until the PS2 is reset. I heard that Square knows about this and they're trying to solve the problem. It's a pretty nasty glitch/bug.
