In KH2, upon Roxas' first meeting of Dusks he hears the words, "We've come for you, my liege." It seems a bit like a hint to us that he is one of the Nobodies. But in addition now, in KH3 Sora hears, "Do you seek our liege?" as he arrives in Twilight Town trying to recover Roxas, right before Dusks appear. Sora seems to make a bit more of a stink about it, questioning who said it and such.
Technically, the Nobodies speaking has never been explained. Not once in 358/2 did this occur (correct me if I'm wrong), and the context just seems a bit odd that this happens again in KH3. Why would this be brought back up again, and more focus be put on questioning the event, if no answer is given as to what it was?
It just seems a bit like a re-opened loose end to me. Is it possible there's any relevance to hearing Lesser Nobodies speak? Is Roxas more important than the average "upper-echelon" Nobody? Or, more appropriately, maybe it's just meant to parallel KH2, and Sora's questioning of the event is just meant to be a humanizing reaction to something we should have figured out on our own.
Any opinions on why this curiosity came back for KH3?
