Well, sort of. The Powerpuff Girls Z are 13 years old, and are actually Momoko(Hyper Blossom), Miyako(Rolling Bubbles), and Kaoru(Powered Buttercup) of Tokyo City. They're not the original Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, nor are they physically related to them.
