Oh that's because they have a new Login screen for the Nicotto Event thing: New Login Link Nicotto Town, they added Hangame.co.jp section of Chi on it, so it can allow those players to use it, that's probably why it won't lead you to the link cause it was changed, hope this helps. :0

As long as you used your S-E Bridge Account ID, you should still get your prizes, just check the Reward page for the Nicotto Town Event thing on SE-Bridge from Chi, and click the pink boxes to make sure a pop up box shows up for them to notify you completed those tutorials.
