Going by gameplay is not the best way to go.
You gotta be kidding me. It wasn't easy at all for Sora and co. to beat the organization. They're much stronger than you think. Are you going by gameplay?
Heck, Organization > Disney villians.
Both of them are equally smart, but personally, I think Xemnas is tad stronger than SoD. He has an entire organization on his side, that could kick a bunch of Disney villain ass. Nobodies have a tendency to be stronger than Heartless most of the time.
I never said he wasn't strategical or organized, I just like Xemnas' way better. SoD looks like more of a person who works alone, though he did use the Disney villains. When you think about it, both of them are basically the same.
He's more strategical and organized(not just because he has an organization) than SoD, if you know what I mean. Don't get me wrong, I <3 both of them though.
