Retailer's Magazine Page Listed Psycho-Pass Staff - News - Anime News Network

So, one information leak later, it turns out that Urobochi is indeed handling the series composition for Psycho-Pass. The director, however, appears to have done just about nothing prior to this; though the chief director gives me a lot of hope.

Oh wow, this season is really looking up compared to the last few crappy ones. I have tons to watch.
- Jojo's Bizarre Adventure starts the day before my birthday ~
- Psycho Pass definitely has me interested
- Hellsing Ultimate's Finale should be on there I believe. Scheduled for November I think.
- Resident Evil Damnation, just because I'm a sucker for more Leon
- Robotics;Notes, given I usually give all ; series a shot. Steins;Gate was great, Chaos;Head was pretty crap to me. This is looking up though.

So yeah, wow, pretty decent lineup so far.

This season is looking good and I am excited for October. It appears as though I will have plenty of anime to watch compared to the summer season.

- Hellsing Ultimate's Finale should be on there I believe. Scheduled for November I think.

Do we know if you need to have watched the original Kyousigiga OVA to watch this one?

I missed the chance to watch the original it seems as most of the torrents I try are dead.

Also Gintama will no doubt be added onto my list.

I believe it is relevant to the first episode last year, yes. Commie's subs still seem to be seeding.

Mmm, I got the impression that you don't necessarily have to see last year's episode to see Kyousogiga 2. I thought each episode alone could act as a suitable introduction to the series. Both reveal the inner motivations of the central character; both end with more questions than answers. It just so happens that one episode takes a different approach to introducing the series than the other. Primarily done through a change in setting and time.

If you're looking for additional background on Mirror Kyoto, its characters, the mayhem involved in the parallel world, and eyecandyeyecandyeyecandy, go ahead and look at K1~ (But the PV for the series accomplishes the eye candy part by itself. C8)
