the closest i came to a iq testis one that is used in my country i scored 548 >_< which was the highest that year on my school and in the 25 years it existed (although the year after my score was beaten by a major nerd with 550)
i don t remember exactly but i think the scores ranged from 500 to 550 or from 400 to 450 but at least my score was a lot higher than average

I got a 223. I took one and they sent me a mail saying my IQ is 223. Though, that is from a flawed test.
