it really odesn'y mean anything. He was just referring to everyone else because he thought letting Namine go owuld makes things more interesting. It doesn't have any important significance, its just a line.

This is merely Axel talking to himself, referring to everyone playing in his 'game' as 'you guys'. If you think about it, Axel was the one really pulling the strings in CoM, so, even inadvertently, everyone was dancing to his tune.

It's a meaningless line that doesn't really hold anything to the plot of CoM.

I know it's not an important line, but I got to say, I always wondered what he was saying then, too. Like, who was he referring to? It's not important, but still, it's just something that always nagged at the back of my mind. I mean, why would he say that right when he felt a real feeling, if you get what I mean.

like there is truly another whole side to his story
axel may become a key character in future games
the way he can feel emotions just like roxas
