Perhaps Xigbar was just smart enough to know what to say, or didn't even care. Xemnas needed information for his plans in Days, so that could have been where he got it from.

Well something must've clicked in his head, they look exactly alike except for the clothes. And i don't see how they would be able to show he acknowleged it in days except...
