Just trying to tied some loose ends here...

By now it must be obivous that Kairi was able to use the Gayblade, good name as any, because it originated from her, but why did Riku had it when it was Aqua's Keyblade?

My belief is that, Aqua's act of giving Terranort her Keyblade in the Last Episode, somehow transfer the Gayblade as well, which was taken to Riku when Terranot's Heartless possesed him, and he would later return it to Kairi.

The Gayblade isn't an actual Keyblade, it's just a keychain.

Keychains seem to be made form memories, or connections.

When Aqua met Kairi, they made a connection and Aqua got the Gayblade keychain from that.
It wouldn't be that outthere to simply suggest that Riku got it through his own connection to Kairi.

Though, if you want to look deeper into it, with XH in Riku's heart, perhaps he got it through Terra's connection to Aqua.

Or Riku did some stuff we don't know about yet. He had been hanging around Mickey and them Ansem, both characters that know more than they're letting on, and he had been going solo for a fairly long time before you encounter him in The World that Never Was.

Because Namine is made of parts of Sora's body and soul. Thus she has inherited a bit of Sora's destiny connecting powers which gave her the ability to access other people's hearts that are connected to them. But for some reason, she is unable to wield a keyblade(Or maybe she does? Not the point).

Remember at the end of kh1, Kairi drew her arm in the secret place to show that they shared the paupu fruit together? Well, that same intertwining is physically happening. First it was her giving a part of herself (Her "light" or whatever, don't care) to Heartless Sora in the first game. The vice versa when a tiny portion of Sora's body(Namine) becomes whole with Kairi. (I believe it happens off camera, as we already see Namine's consciousness residue in the end along with Roxas's without her body anymore)

So Kairi having a keyblade is due to her connections to Sora through Namine, and the fact that her own heart is a key itself anyways.

As to why Riku has it, Namine's consciousness residue probably entrusted him with it, since, I don't know, she's sad, like, all the time, so she probably pities him for not having his destiny shared with Kairi and allow him to decide whether he wants things this way. In a way, Kairi's keyblade is the physcial manifestation of Kairi and Sora's bond. He hides it from Kairi at first.

As to he didn't give it to her immediately, Kairi probably fainted when she saw Xenohart and gave her a heatflash or something. Then Riku later feels happy for her and Sora, so he gladly gives it back to her.

And Namine and Riku did travel a bit together. So yeah
