Neither, both of them suck. I know you're not looking for that answer, but it's the truth. If you want a pokemon mystery dungeon, get the first two. Even though they're not much different, they're better.

Haven't played either of them, but I'd get Time because I think it has slightly better exclusives.

I have to say. Both of these games have cheap ways of upping the difficulty, making some parts a lot less fun. Not saying they're bad, but they can get damn annoying at points.
