Where can I get a copy of Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Special Edition?

i would gladly pay $200 dollars for a game + art book before i payfor a game with a psp (i mean, i already have 3 psps- seriously.)
'course, im just an artfag. i collct these sorts of things (even if i dont have a credit card or paypal to get most of the things i want ><)
*sigh* i would be alot easier if the art books were sold in retail...
