Where did there teleport to? I would say to the mind of Terranort but wouldn't MX be there as well.
Also was he already starting to change into Xehanort, I say this due to him looking confused before the fight and due to the voice change.

It's supposed to be the inside of Terra's heart. How?

First off, Terra is there. Obvious. But isn't Terra fighting Aqua? Ah, but that's Terranort. Xehanort is controlling Terra's body, and Terra's heart is suppressed, and appears in the inner heart area. The Guardian is there because its either a shadow of Xehanort's influence, or its the manifestation of Terra's darkness in his own heart. (Personally, I think its remnants of Eraqus, but that's just me.)

Okay despite what some believe Terra's heart was not completely suppressed in Last Episode, as we saw Terranort was getting interferance from Terra's heart, evident when he clutches his head at one point.

The area that Aqua is transported to during their battle is either Terra's heart or Terranort's mind, but most likely his heart. The Terra that we see in that area, is actually Terra's heart in the shape of Terra. So think of that reaction command as being Terra's heart and Aqua fighting against Master Xehanort's heart.

It was thanks to this effort that Terra's heart was able to gain control of Terranort's body long enough to lock his and MX's hearts and thus locking their memories as well. Thus theoreticaly stopping MX from carrying out his evil plan since he couldn't remember what it was.

what is interesting here is that the real Terra in the heart(shiny yellow place) is actually wielding MX's keyblade, anyone noticed thta?
