I can respect the views of most anyone if they basically "stand up for what they believe it". I may not agree with their views, by all means, but I can appreciate and accept that there are some people who have the backbone to actually practice what they preach and follow through. :/
Perhaps, however, I don't respect hypocrites. Or politicians. Really, one in the same.
But most people are hypocritical at many points in their lives, so that's not an entirely valid statement. Still.
