I personally think the best skate brands are element and flip

I don't know really how to answer the question, most of the board quality are the same regardless of their brand. The brand just makes the pretty images on the bottom. Accessories are a different story. But some brands like blind will sometimes use a slightly thicker board, it's really just preference to how big you are and whats comfortable.

I always would buy my decks from Zoo York, but thats just personal preference. The Zarret Basset board was my favorite, it was very light and sturdy.

Element, Vans, and Quicksilver are pretty good.

It didnt matter to me. I used what i had and what i could get. I could name them but too long of list and you already named pretty much all of them.
