No one is saying he lost an arm, only that it is reaching for the sky. Also he didn't lose his arm, the tip of his keyblade broke.

But, but, there isn't much question as to what's in the blanket, I mean, we've already seen Ven inside the blanket, I find it hard to believe anything else could be in it.

I was wondering about this too. The thing inside seems very small and not even alive. The tree isn't that wide for someone Ven's size to lay across it like that.

We saw Ven wrapped in a white blanket on Destiny Island at night, how much more do you need? The angling of the screen could distort the size of the blanket.

Now that I take another look, it does look like Ven could be wrapped in there.
Like I said, this part is most likely impossible to figure out.

Yeah then people are quick to pull the trigger on "Ven is a baby now!" thing. Just because he's wrapped in a blanket doesn't mean he's an infant. I don't think babies have a full head of hair.
