...apparently...(i think from what I've read)...Vanitas is the darkness from Ven's heart...and he looks like Sora, because he was made when Sora's heart was born ( i think thats what I've heard....or something like that)

Vanitas is the dark side of Ventus.
Ventus, having been separated from Vanitas, joins hearts with Sora.
When Ventus beats Vanitas for the last time, Vanitas fuses again with Ventus and thus - Vanitas is a part of Sora.
And he influences his growth and looks somewhat as we can see some differences between Sora in BBS and Vanitas. The hairdos seem a bit different, don'tcha think?

ya...thats a great question...i think thats when Ven became connected to Sora.

I believe it is in the beggining of the game when Ven has his Awakening.
From what I have been told the vioce is suppose to be Sora.

Still I could be all wrong since I don't speak japanese.

You are right with their hearts being born at the same time but I thought that Ven could not live without being connected to Sora because he was not whole.
