What makes it a special edition? Do you get extra books with it or something, the way that France does?

The decal is a preorder gift...it's not a collector's edition. Gamestop could announce a collector's edition at any time if they really wanted too.

Bonus is usually the closest SE gives to a special version of a KH game. There was the special version of FFXII which came with a dvd. I really doubt we'll get this art book. I want to though. ;_;
