The fight with Terra is in KH2: Final Mix+, it's a secret battle that you can do after doing pretty much EVERYTHING else, with Terra, the big knight from the secret video, and you go to it from a portal in Disney Castle. That's what they're talking about AxelRoxas.

I'm pretty sure, from watching the vid, that Terra is DEFINETLY the hardest, he has the MAX amount of health too I think.
