Beart Setzer 10 times to unlock the ability to fight Seifer

how can u beat hayer 10x when....oh i'm talking about roxas too. see when i 1st battle hayner the 1st round. then u talk to him he does nothing but talk not battle or are u talking about sora

You can't fight them when your playing as Roxas.

You have to go back to TT when your Sora.
