Only KH characters, but all i could think of at the time:

Xion: Fade to Black - Metallica (Rather disturbing when you think about it, SE seems to have based her entire character off of this song after she fights Riku in Beast's Castle, at least up until she is absorbed into Roxas, once she starts Jedi mind tricking the Riku fight the song doesn't work for her anymore)

Riku: In the Presence of Enemies - Dream Theater (Just as, if not more, disturbing than Xion's; also for the same reason as above, except vice-versa,the song could have easily been based off of him(it isn't), just listen to it. Of course the entire thing is 25:38 minutes long, so you might just listen to the 2nd part of it, but thats still a good 16:30 minutes.
