Playing through FFXII, I was reminded by just how beautiful and iconic the Prelude truly is in this series.

As for Final Fantasy XV, while Yoko Shimomura is typically given the sole credit for this soundtrack - even on the actual soundtrack itself - she is in fact not the sole composer of it. Like most of the town themes with elevator music. Shimomura had absolutely nothing to do with those. Hammerhead, Galdin Quay, Lestallum etc.

Here's a good breakdown of all the credits. I believe the official MP3 rip from the Blu-ray edition also comes with appropriate tags.

Thanks for underlining this fact, as we need to be aware, even though the majority of the soundtrack is composed by her, and for the link, that's a very useful list there~

That Final Fantasy XVi trailer music was really,, really good from what little we heard. Very reminiscent of XIV's music. Prooobably the same composer.
