I don't wanna be spoiled much. I just have a simple question or two.

1 Is the final episode playable?
2 who do you play as?
3 do we see the secret ending after each scenario or only after the final episode?

3.after all three scenarios are beaten (i dont know if you have to beat the final episode)

Yes you have to beat Last Episode as well as all three scenarios to see the secret ending. Especially since one basically flows into the other, the secret ending wouldn't make much sense without it.
