Story character help

Okay im typing a new story on super "zeroes". I need some more character ideas to make it great.

Theres a few different group you can choose from.

1.Super Heroes: Super heroes are not free any more. They want money for the feats they do. Usually the government pays them or a rich corporation use them.
ex: Hyper Dude(yes his name is suppose to be like that)
a hero in the eyes of the blind citizen and a money hungry fiend looking for the best employer in the eyes of the real super heroes. His powers are super speed, super strength, flight, and laser vision. He works for LIVE corp. as one of their 'mascots".

2.Super Villians: Just a super villian or evil buisness man.
ex: Mr. Live
a buissnessman with the power to copy super powers or steal them away. He runs LIVE corp with an iron fist. He's a cruel man who will do anything for money.

3.Anti-Heroes: a mix of a villian and hero
ex: Crash
a dangerous crazed fighter with the ability to emit powerful lightning bolts and become lghtning itself. He loves to fight and seems to think the world is against him most of the times. His Rival is none other than the notorious Blaze, although he is his closest friend.

4.Zeroes:The potaganist.
ex:Black Shadow
A teenage boy bonded with a female alien symbiote to form a Black Shadow. They're seen as one entity to humans but in truth are two seperate beings. They we're brouth together by a fate to protect the city from dangerous parasites.

villians: Low lifes who run the streets of Raven city.
ex: I have none for this yet.


Hopefully I will get the story up and running.

Dark Swallow
AGE:???(in twenties)
Appearance:
Dark Swallow is all ways being seen(if so)with: Black Jeans, Black Sweatshirt, and a full respirator mask.

Powers:
*Streaking: DS(dark swallow)quickly teleports in short-medium distances, leaving a black streak for up to three-minutes.
*Super-Human Agility: DS uses this for parkour/freerunning(just go to wikipedia if you don't know)
*Near super-strength: He is stronger than humans, but not as strong as heroes.
*Anti-Substance: DS can manipulate anti-substance from direct shadow(is own shadow). He can turn them into solid objects(that are black).

BIO: Nobody knows DS: they only know the fact that he loves to tag graffiti. His tag is of a black(with red outline)streak going across a building. Then inside (In orange wild-style format) is tagged: DArk SwWaLloW
He randomly help people if he is around.

Name-Ren
age-16
body tyep- tall and lean
abilities-owns no super powers, but makes for a good freerunner with high agility, he is also skilled at light wieght weapons specificly throwing knives.
Personallity&Background-He once caught the top hero setting fires just to help as things got critcal. A a result, the Hero killed his family, setting his house ablaze, and dropping him on the collapsed roof into the inferno. The hero claimed they were villians and he just captured them and Ren set the house on fire to cover traces left behind but killed himself in the process. Ren, however, escaped before his house collapse. With his skills, he is determined to get revenge and liberate the company. He's naive, however, and decides it nessesary to kill to do so, but does limit that to people in the company. With his skills, he is practactly ninja like in his movements and does attempt to avoid conflict, being out matced to super heros. He is very emotional, and that gets in the way alot. He works faced paced, eager for vengence, so though he talks on several occassions, he skips stuff in excitement
