story 74% completed?

I just beat the game and got the secret movie, but my report says I have almost another 1/4 of the story to go. What's up with this?

I think you need to get all the Dream Eaters. I heard that raises your story completion for some reason. Not sure if the Secret Boss counts too or not. There is a cutscene that plays before and after him.
