I would call these differences in clothing and armor to be largely aesthetic, given Nomura's design philosophies.
did anyone notice that goofy had armor on that same arm... i dont think there's anything to it. but back on subject yeah ive notice aqua teny-tiny bit of armor on her elbow-area.
