ok wher do i get the flash card......and what are its uses again

You just download your games and you dont need to pay plus there are heaps of extra homebrew apps you can get like msn on ds or ds doom.

Get it from the net on auction sites.

You'd probably have to order it from like China.

Mine was like $64 and micrSD cards can be cheap if you know where to look.

me a page ago said:
A flash cart is essentially a DS cartridge that you put a Micro SD card into. It allows you to watch porn on your DS.

And download roms of various games to play on it, including DS games.

Let's see here: $170 for four new DS games, or ~$60 for as much as you can fit on your SD card.

HMM

I have a 2gb stick in mine, probably have about 20 untrimmed (since I haven't bothered, really).

As well as 100+ other games of different systems.

Make any more sense?

M3 Adapter Maybe

No it's not technically legal, but the chances of you being found are also small.

Just search for DS ROM sites on Google to find them.

I wouldn't post rom sites, if I were you. Could potentially get you banned. Either PM him the sites or tell him google.

where do i download the games and is it legal?

No one catches you for it or the website makers because it is legal. Its legal to back up copies of games you already own. You legally are allowed to download games you have bought but are scratched or you lost. Because of this authorities wont track every downloader down to see if they actually purchased the game. Its almost flawless.

You're not going to go to jail for downloading a few games. They'll go after the people who are putting the games up for download. Kill the head and the body follows, as it were.

Almost because some people they have tracked down because they download mass amounts of movies and are full out pirates. They stumbled upon their stocks of downloaded games indirectly.

ok but what if i accidentally do that!

this sounds like the story when Jesus is fasting in the wilderness and satan is trying to make Jesus eat and drink!
Accidentally become a major threat to the digital media empire?!

. . .

Why are we referencing Jesus and Satan?

Anyway.

Don't go flashing your collection to police and you'll be fine. One person who downloads a few games, or someone who DISTRIBUTES millions of movies, games, books, and whatnot?

still its not worth it.

When you loose interest in your ds after a while and all you use it for is an electric paperweight then you will see how fun it is to play doom on your ds or to use it as an mp3 player or do thousands of other things it couldnt normally do and you will understand.

No. Seriously. With a flashcart, you have access to every single DS game ever made. What's more, with the a good-sized microSD card and some trimming, you could be having sixty games on the card all at once. On top of that, it takes up the same space as a single DS game, not to mention it saves you time having to go out and by or order games and having to switch the cartridges too often. I won't say the chance of being caught is zero, but damn you're being a pussy if that's the only reason you don't want it, IMO.

Plus the cost of it is less that an average ds game. The DSTT plus a 4gb micro sd only cost around $16 US.
