Well text doesn't really work, both are two far apart from each other and the stock. Your effects aren't bad though, I think this is just suffering from having too much space. Try cropping it vertically to between 150px to 200px.

my suggestion is to hit up Dafont.com and getting some tech fonts. That particular font just doesn't fit what is going on. They have tron fonts that would look fantastic with this
