The Star Seeker is beyond doubt a Keychain.
It's unknown at the time whether or not TAV's weapons, being the only occorance of Keychainless Keyblade-like weapons, are really Keyblades, too (the Soul Eater is not a Keyblade otherwise what's the point in KH1 again?)

I'm sorry, I should have clarified with a just a keychain part. I knew I was messing something up. I don't know about TAV's weapons not being keyblades...I almost want to say that maybe Mickey's Star Seeker was also like Riku's Soul Eater/WtD, but then I remembered it had a keychain, so.....
