It was seen in the Secret ending to KH2 The NA version. And it wasn't directly said about TAV, nor was that video even canon, but it still is not full known what it means, if anything, yet.
idk...it was a concept video...the thing that threw me off about that video was the ansem reports.

it was in the secret ending in KH2 but Nomura was just throwing ideas around, so yeah it was just concept. Nomura was just brainstorming but something similar will probably be in the game.
but we might see them as Chasers so we wont know until the game is released
