Org. XIII enemy cards

I just finished Twilight Town, and after claims that Roxas could be found before finsihing R/R, I decided to use my Key to Rewards card. I go in, one chest: Stardust Blitz.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Or should I just trudge through the game and come back for it later?

i think your supposed to have a save from kingdom hearts 2
im not sure if you have to have it finished all the way through though
AND THEN FINISH THE GAME

and then go back or something like that but
there is only one key to rewards on every floor with the exeption on hundred acre wood
so yeah unless you go it saved after you opened it you friked up

I finished the whole collection of enemy cards on CoM, now I'm about 3/4 done finding all the enemy cards on Re:CoM, something to do is really all it is.

You need to beat all of Re:COM on both Sora and Riku's stories, and save after the last battle so that you have a yellow card on the save files when viewing them from the load/save screen. Then you must have a KH2 save file present on your memory card, and use Key to Rewards in certain worlds. Then there should be two tresure chests in the Room. One containing a KH2 Keyblade card/sleight and an Organization XIII Enemy Card. But there are some floors that do not have an Enemy Card so don't freak out of you don't get it.

well all you need is Sora's and Riku's story complete.
No KH2 file needed.
trust me I manage to obtain a Saix card with no Kh2 file.

The correct answer is You need to complete Sora's story first.

I let my brother finish the game before i decided to start a new file, This way whenever i got to a reward room i instantly got both treasures. You need to beat Riku's story before Sora can obtain the Ansem and Lexeus cards though.

It's the same with Zexion too, I think.

I knew about Lexaeus and Ansem. I just wanted to know why Roxas wasn't showing up when everyone was like, "I HAVEN'T BEATEN IT YET AND I GOT DA ROXAS CARD!!11"

Yeah i wasnt sure about a Zexion card because I havent obtained it yet.

But people who said they got it w/o beating the game are full of shit, that ir someone else already beat the game on another file on there memory card.
