need a quick help

How do u get and lvl up this abilities:

Glide

Quick Run

High Jump

and Aerial Dodge


I've gotten all of this but somehow forgot how to get it. And as for leveling them up, all these are still on lvl-1

Level up your forms. That levels up those abilites.

Just to add to it, levels 1, 2, and 3 of every growth ability are obtained by reaching levels 3, 5, and 7, respectively. For specific abilities you want to level...

Valor- High Jump
Wisdom- Quick Run
Master- Aerial Dodge
Final- Glide

... I think.
