its sort of a silly thing to complain about, knowing what the worlds are tbh. knowing where you're going to be playing gives you more of an idea what to expect. not to mention you know basically every world you're going to before you land the gummi ship

Eh, not quite. In KH2 the only worlds revealed on the world map to start are Land of Dragons and Beast's Castle. Someone who was in the dark about worlds in the game would certainly be surprised when Jack Sparrow and Steamboat Willie show up.

In BBS and DDD sure but those games only had 6 & 5 Disney worlds to begin with.
