Kingdom hearts stopping at KH2?

I was thinking since Nomura's been adding all these New worlds that he actually might stop at KH2 if he thinks that da story should end here since it'd be pointless to continue on since it'd be another Final fantasy and would completely be messed up. However, this is just a Theory people! Don't get pissed.

I think Nomura said that this is not the last KH. the next KH however, will not be about Sora.

no nomura said that if KH2 is a big hit in Japan and other countries,SE will make a KH3

Thats exactley what i heard but i think KH2 is going to be very big, so im guessin KH3 unless (somehow) the game is terrible.

well we don't know yet...if SE decides to do it like that let's hope a lot of ppl will like KH2 or....I WILL KILL THEM!!
ahem anyway if there is a KH3 we'll need something different soemthing like PLaying as yourself! approaching Tony Hawks a bit but yeah that's my idea

I made a fan fic kinda thing a while back.to show that there could be other kh games and that it wouldent be boring like.here it is

Many years after kh2 king Mickey retires and hands the crown to sora. He gets married with kairi, riku with namine ,and bhk with the brown haired girl. they all live in the Disney castle and peace in the world is complete. Sora has two boys Rie and Aros. Riku has a girl Sara and bhk has a boy matt.

One day (kh2) final boss is reborn and finds out how he can use sora’s heart to opened the door to kingdom hearts and so he looks for a way to get it. He tries to find a heart with darkness in the Disney castle so he can sneak in . So he starts looking into there hearts.

Rie & Sara start becoming more than just friends and aros starts getting jealous at his older brother. Then the villain gets a hold of aros and aros gets consumed by the darkness. At that night king Mickey (retired) gets a weird feeling . That night aros walks into sora and darkness surrounds sora and that’s when the villain tells him what he’s going to do. Sora then locks his heart and then spreads it through out the world as fragments . The villain becomes furies and enters into soras body and sets off. Aros comes conscious and kairi wakes up only to find a note with the king seal. It says that the only way to get him back is to find the fragments of his heart. And that he can already feel darkness seeping out of kh.

kairi gives the key blade of his father to rie and tells him to go find he’ fathers heart. King Mickey hands over his key blade to sara and tells her she should go . Matt gets the duel wielding key blades from his father goes as well. Donald Duck hand his staff to sara for extra help and Goofy hands his shield to matt for extra help as well .the staff and shield merge with the key blades and they become the wisdom blade and valor blade. So they set off to find King Sora. Aros heart starts filling with darkness as he sees his brother setting of in he’s own adventure. And hitches a ride with the villain. Only to become the rival of Rie.Will they find King Sora.

He said that since KH is about Sora he doesn't know how much longer they can keep him and his story alive. Nomura said he has already got the ending scene that will complete KH in his head. When I heard that I nearly cried just thinking about it.

Unlike final fantasy, which has different characters eahc videogame installment, KH is based on Sora, who apparently can't go on forever. Nomura also has mentioned it depends on KH2s success.

I never heard anything about a KH series based on another character besides Sora though.

Naw I don't think they will stop with Sora's Story yet maybe in KH3 hope that will take place like 2 years later too but they will go on with KH but without Sora it will be like a new Sora in KH4 or what not and then it will be like FF basically

I don't remember Nomura saying anything about KH being like FF. He actually said it wasn't going to be like that. He said the story is based on Sora and his story. Nomura said he doesn't know how much longer Sora and his story will be fresh.

Nomura said it all lies on how much they sold on Kh2. i think it most likely to be a kh3. i think kh might end between 3 to 5

I hope KH2 will end the story. I don't care for more sequels, since most usally suck anyways.
