Deal I made with my brother. If we don't get it for Christmas, then we'll go halfies. So, I don't want to buy it if we are going to get it as a Christmas present.

No not yet. Give it time though, They could just be waiting to show them a week before release. Just so people can be like "OMG KH: CoM on PS2 is coming out Tommorrow!?! I have to preorder that NOW"
