I loved Simple and Clean, but I would be happy if they had a different song for KH2....just not for it to be overused....like a different song for the opening and Simple and Clean for the begining (sp?)

^_^ That's not a bad idea. But the message of Somewhere I Belong might get lost, so might the message of KH2, especially if they don't have the same sort of story. Though, if there is a character looking for a the place that they belong, then the song would go perfect. But Somewhere I Belong is a genius song...well, so are most songs by Linkin Park.

Music is an impornt element in games. The music set the mood for the area you're in, right. When you're in Hollow Bastion, music that's kinda creepy plays, because Hollow Bastion is kinda creepy. When you're on Destiny Island (at the begining of the game) some funky fun music plays, because it's a beach. If it's a really sad part in the game, your not going to hear something like...um...Pop goes the Weasel, are you? ( Although, it would be funny.)

Well I think that Simple and Clean or another version of it will most likely be the song for KH2. As it says in the KH manual, it is after all the Theme song of KH, and it can't be just the first one because it was also on CoM. But I don't see a problem with it, I think it fits the theme of the game very well.

the remix to Simple and Clean. i havent heard it but i heard it was good. when asked in an interview Nomura said that he couldnt answer if that girl who sings simple and clean (forgot her name) is going to sing the theme song he said that he couldnt relay that info right now so i think she will cause she is a really good singer and she is pretty popular i heard.

That girl is teh Famus Utada Hikaru

and yes the Simple and Clean Remix is really good.
