key to rewards card

does anyone know the percentage of how often you get a key to rewards card.

it sounds kind of stupid, but i'm replaying chain of memories and i want to get stop raid

I dont know the percentage but i got it only like 3 or 4 times in the whole game.

i usually get the cards at either castle oblivion or twilight town. and use it at the wonderland reward door to get the stop raid.
