True, but to have a nobody, a nobody is required.

thats just because everyone has darkness, that when someone loses there heart (nrd lose the shell of the heart, depending on the heart) they become a heartles, a princes can lose a heart, and her heart's shell be removed.

i dont get that, if kairis heart alredy left her body then how come she didnt hav a nobody until sora released her heart from him?

Because Kairi didn't lose her heart to the darkness. A Nobody is only created when a person's heart is lost to the darkness.

Sora lost his heart to the darkness, but since he had two hearts inside of his body, that ended up creating two nobodies. Case in point: Roxas and Namine.
