Whats the significance of the matsuke scroll and shiitake scroll that you get from hitting the rare truffles a certain amount of time?

either you get money from them or you simply just earn them

They don't really have any huge role in obtaining any treasure and what-not, they're just awards that can be sold for munny, but munny already in abundance, so you can keep them as "trophies" I guess.

Also, on expert mode @ the end it gives you a % rating, and obtaining the scrolls increases the %
