Import help?

I have recently bought Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+. I used to think I had a means to play it on my U.S. PS2 with an Action Replay but now I've learned it can only play imported DvDs. I have heard of something called a Swap Magic. It has been said that using this, I could play imported games. However I looked at the website and it said something about it MUST have a solder-chip or something like tha in order to workt....And then I looked at another site for the exact same product, and it said it didnt need a chip at all!

My question is, I would like to know if ANYONE, knows a reliable website to buy a Swap Magic from, and do I need a special chip for the Swap Magic and KHIIFM+ to work?

IF your trying to buy something online i guess there's Ebay. I mean i dont go there but just seeing if it helps you

Wrong section, and there's already an Import Help thread, go there. And yeah cheeck out eBay and depending if your PS2 is thick or thin, you'll need a flip top cover (they're different for each type).
