LOL man, that's no offence, pretty sad! Do you learn somin' new about the series every summer?

you don't have to play the games expecting to find something new, even if you might. this guy probably replays the games every year because they are FUN. i don't do it every year, but i recently replayed all of the games (including days, which i never thought i would do, but i was giving it a 2nd chance... still don't like it) simply to enjoy the games. i do this occasionally for games i love.

IGN gave a nice preview. while we would be raging if he attacked the game, the mechanics are explained thoroughly and it gives a good idea about how the game plays. hey, every fanbase gets angry when a part of their series isn't liked by someone (FF7 anyone?)

Yeah thanks for the link. Doesn't IGN give biased ratings to Mario? I read that somewhere, but I doubt it's true.

YES! They ALWAYS give Mario games a perfect score or a great score no matter what they are.

Do you even watch their Mario reviews? They always praise them and never say a negative thing about them. IGN is basically made up of Mario fanboys that will give it a perfect score no matter what. Heck, they'll make a game about Mario cleaning the toilet and IGN would give it a 10/10 just like they gave Mario Galaxy 2 a 10/10.

Don't get me wrong... Mario Galaxy and Galaxy 2 are good games... but they are nowhere near perfect.

If I may return to speaking about BBS...
"While the load times are troubling..."
Can anyone with an imported copy verify how bad these loading times are and how often they occur? If they're only like the loading times seen in the E3 demo that that a**hole from a while back posted http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DE_lByzcQHY then we have nothing to worry about. Also huzzah for an excellent ign review.

They're basically the loading screens from the E3 demo that the kid was complaining about.

Without Data Install, loading between areas takes about 3 seconds at maximum. While loading cutscenes, it can get up to 8 seconds but that's very unlikely. WITH Data Install, loading between areas takes about 2 seconds at maximum and loading cutscenes takes up to 6 seconds at maximum (but again, 6 seconds is very unlikely).

Basically you have nothing to worry about. I do recommend doing data install but even without it the loading times aren't that bad.

Even if IGN gives it a bad review, who cares? All they care about is God of War, Metal Gear, Zelda, and Mario. The just overlook everything else.

Yes I certainly will be, but I could hardly believe someone might find a few seconds to be troubling. Thanks

Actually there are 2 ways of speeding up the whole games in order to conquer lags and loading screens, which is speeding up the proccess power in the options menu by a 1/3 and its honestly helpful seeing BbS is heavy game for the small PSP! but it will cost ya in battery time so i advise you to so it when an
ac cable is in easy reach.

That's funny because I'm browsing IGN right now and I've already read reviews of BlazBlue, the new alan wake add on and a few games I haven't heard about. They've been pretty positive and the few games that have gotten low scores I generally agree with because I've played them. So, how do they just care about God of War, Metal gear and Zelda again?
