I'm kinda starting to think that this whole shebang is the source of my craziness.

well this is not going to help your sleep habits but try waking yourself up when you're in REM sleep. generally people don't remember what they dream because you're not in REM sleep around the time you wake up. Some people can never go into REM sleep, but that's different.

But yeah, I wouldn't recommend you take any pills. Remember what happened last time? The whole not-sleeping-for-three-days-allegedly thing.

That's because those were 50 year old headche pills igot from my grandma.
