How do you get a moving profile picture?

Hi... I wanted to know how to get one of those moving pictures. I've seen them all over KhInsider and have googled them like crazy but, I can never find one.I also need to know how to change profile pictures because I forgot how. So if you can recommend any websites that have anime moving pictures then please post it. Thank You!!!

If you're trying to change your profile pic, go to your User CP and hit the 'Edit Profile Picture' button.

Also just to let you know, profile pictures are disabled. but I'm assuming you were referring to a signature picture.

Iv tried putting a gif as my avatar, idk if it shows to other people, but to me, it just shows one frame.
