Awesome. It was rather pointless to have video formats battling it out. Just stick to one and the industry can focus on making it better.

About time eh? Sucks for HD-DVD supporters, but it was a battle that was gonna end like this anyways.

It's not all bad for HD-DVD owners, since I'm sure the retailers will drop the prices of HD-DVD titles like mad to get rid of them, so for a while they'll be able to get some really cheap movies. After that... weeeellll, time to go Blu if you want HD. :v
