It happens with a bunch of media on Twitter. That is one of the gimmicks of that social media platform. Here's an example:

Just the hashtag '#Incredibles' doesn't bring up an emoji, but #Incredibles2 does, as Disney is promoting the home release and the use of an exclusive emoji anyone can use after a hashtag is enticing to people.

There probably will be. Most game launches these days have exclusive Twitter hashtag emojis. It may be the Kingdom Hearts moon or two Keyblades crossed in an 'X' formation. Whatever it is, I'm keen to see it

Right now it is just the demo, with Square Enix saying that they will be live streaming from the event (with only Just Cause 4 confirmed for that).
