Judging by the body shape, it's either Marluxia, Saix, Xemnas/Xehanort, Xaldin, or Luxord.

Anyway, once we get the new coded trailer from Re: Riplai, then we will be able to determine who it is by the sound of their voice.

and now it appears that some form
of Roxas is in Coded. Could Roxas/Ven
be what ties these three titles together?

Seeing how "Terra" appears in enough games, I'd sooner blame it on TAV as a trio in various forms than just Ven.
