Okay I just figured out that the Enigmatic man from KH:FM is Roxas! Go over to the Roxas vs Sora thread and you can get a link where you can watch the battle. When Sora first sees him, Roxas emits a blue bolt.

The Engimatic Man is Xemnas. Can't you see that Xemnas is so much taller then Roxas? What makes you think that the Enigmatic Man would be anyone else besides Xemnas?
