Deep Jungle?

Okay, I know this question may have been asked before, but why wasn't Deep Jungle in CoM? Or End of the World, because I would have liked EotW in CoM as well.

They didn't get the rights.

I don't see why everyone wants the world back so badly. I thought it was quite sub-par for KH1 and won't miss it if it never comes back.
