cant find stop

I cant find the stop spell. I checked gamefaqs. They said it was in a random bounty room but I couldn't find it. Can someone plz help me?

Location: Beat Parasite Cage in Monstro
Description: The target is stopped for the duration of Max MP + 2 seconds. The effect unfolds around Sora or around the locked-on target. Increased power improves the range. If you attack stopped targets, they take damage as soon as the effect of the spell wears off

All I can say is look harder. I found mine in the Hallow Bastion section.
